D2S also offers 5 hours of accrued paid sick leave per pay period for full time employees.
*Full-time employees are eligible to participate in the leave program after 30 days of employment.
D2S offers employees a 401k program that has a dollar-for-dollar 4% company match for all full-time employees.
*D2S employees are automatically enrolled into the plan at 1% of pre-tax wages starting on the first day of the month following 60 days of service.
New D2S employees receive sign-on bonuses based on the experience of the new hire.
Level 1 = $10,000
Level 2 = $20,000
Level 3 = $30,000
We also offer higher payouts for high priority billets, up to $50,000!
*Bonus payout dates are split with half of the bonus given on the day the new employee starts and the other half after the employee has been employed for 120 days.
D2S employees receive a minimum of $5,000 referral bonuses based on the experience of the new hire.
