Paid Holidays & Leave

D2S employees have all 11 federally recognized government holidays as paid time off

We recognize the importance of work-life balance and make sure our employees have the time they need to rest and recharge.

  • 11 paid federal holidays each year
  • Flexible time-off philosophy – take the time you need, when you need it
  • Accrued paid sick leave – 5 hours earned per pay period for full-time employees
  • Military leave – up to two weeks of paid leave annually for military reservists
     

Leave benefits begin after 30 days of employment. 

Retirement Planning

D2S offers employees a 401k program that has a dollar-for-dollar 4% company match for all full-time employees. 

*D2S employees are automatically enrolled into the plan at 1% of pre-tax wages starting on the first day of the month following 60 days of service.

Bonuses & Incentives

Sign-On Bonuses

Many of our employment opportunities allow for sign-on bonuses - up to $50,000 for high-priority roles.


Bonuses are paid in two installments: 50% on your start date and 50% after 120 days of employment.


Referral Bonuses

We value great talent—and we know you do too. That’s why we offer a $5,000 referral bonus for any successful hire you bring to D2S.


Referral bonuses are also paid in two installments: 50% when the new hire starts and 50% after 120 days.
